Usage: Used as an ultra-accelerator for natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and latex. It has a faster vulcanization speed than thiuram accelerators, suitable for rapid compression vulcanization, as well as for hot air vulcanization and the vulcanization of latex with water-insoluble accelerators. The critical vulcanization temperature is low, so special attention must be paid to scorching during mixing. When the vulcanization temperature exceeds 121°C, the vulcanization plateau narrows sharply. This product requires the addition of zinc oxide. In addition to being used alone, it can also serve as a secondary accelerator for thiazole accelerators. It is non-staining, and the vulcanized rubber is odorless and tasteless. It is mainly used in the production of self-vulcanizing adhesives for latex products, rubber cloth, rubber shoes, etc. The general dosage is 0.5~2.0 parts.
